RELEASE OF LIABILITY / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Assumption of Risk
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, including injury, death, or property loss before, during, or after the event.
Release of Claims
The ticket holder releases all organizers, venue, performers, and affiliates from liability.
Parental / Guardian Consent
Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for minors attending the event.
Supervision of Minors
Bomb Collective is not responsible for supervising minors.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final unless the event is cancelled.
Recording & Image Rights
Attendees consent to photography and video recording for promotional use.
Revocable License
Entry may be revoked for misconduct or rule violations.
Anti-Scalping
Tickets may not be resold above face value.
Prohibited Items
Venue may restrict unsafe or prohibited items.
Health & Safety
Loud environments and event conditions may pose risks.
Governing Law
Minnesota law applies.
Dispute Resolution
Arbitration may apply where permitted.
Join us at the JX Venue in downtown Stillwater for a unforgettable night of live music and fun. Bom Volume 3 will feature several select bands, a live DJ, and pizza + nachos included with your ticket. Bom Collective aims to provide meaningful live music experiences for teenage audiences; it is recommended that attendees are between the ages of 14 and 19 years old. Water will be provided to guests at no charge. Additional drinks will be available for purchase. No outside food or beverage will be allowed into the venue. Public parking is available in a ramp across the street from the venue. All revenue generated from ticket sales will be used to fund future Bom events.
